Step 9. The Crew Committee meets and provides needed consultants: They meet monthly. They determine the help needed by the Crew, particularly by the activity chairmen, to successfully
organize coming activities. They make sure that needed consultants are notified and involved.

(Chris) I don’t go to the third kind of meeting. Its the Crew Committee meeting and I guess they meet every month to see what kind of support our Crew needs.

(Bishop) We try to hold the Crew committee meeting in the week following the Crew Presidency meeting.

The main focus of our meeting is to learn from the advisors the coming activities the guys are planning, and to see if they will be able to plan these activities by themselves, or if they need
consultants to assist them. We arrange for consultants from the PCI and from our knowledge of other resources.
