Step 2. The Quorum/Crew Advisor (with support of Bishop) organizes the Crew Presidency: They assign the Priests Quorum 1st Assistant to be Crew President (and to supervise programs), the
Quorum 2nd Assistant to be Administrative VP, and the Quorum Secretary to be the Crew Secretary-Treasurer. Or, they call other young men to serve as the Crew Presidency and have them sustained by the Quorum/Crew.

(Chris)
In our quorum, we overlap the priesthood and crew officers so that the whole thing fits together. When the Bishop called me, he asked me to be both First Assistant in the Priests Quorum Presidency and Venturing Crew President.

D. is not in the Quorum Presidency but he is the Program Vice-President for the Crew. We were all sustained and set apart in a Quorum meeting several months ago.
