Step 2- The Quorum/Crew Advisor (with support of Bishop) organizes the Crew Presidency

Step 3- The Crew Committee Chairman organizes the Crew Committee

Step 4- The Crew Presidency conducts a Venturer Interest Survey
|
|
|
Step 5- The Crew Advisors and Crew Committee Chairman conduct a Crew Officers Seminar
|
|
|
Step 6- The Crew Presidency conducts a Parents’ Night
|
|
|
Step 7- The Crew Presidency hold Crew Presidency meetings
|
|
|
Step 8- The Crew Presidency conducts monthly Crew Meeting and oversees activities
|
|
|
Step 9- The Crew Committee meets and provides needed consultants
|
|
|
Step 10- The Activity Chairmen conduct activities
|
|
|
Step 11- The Crew Presidency and Activity Chairmen plan and conduct a yearly Superactivity
|
|
|
Step 12- The Crew President or other Crew officer participates in the TLC
|
