Guidelines and Helps for Aaronic Priesthood Venturing Leaders

When priesthood-centered Venturing in a Priests Quorum is strong, the total quorum program is strengthened.  There is good evidence that a functioning Venturing program in a Priests quorum setting can make a significant difference in promoting priesthood activity, building testimonies, preparing young men for missions and priesthood leadership as adults, etc.  The following guidelines are designed to help the Bishop, quorum/crew Advisor, and Crew President implement an effective Venturing activity program within their Priests Quorum.
