       This is an excellent tool to help a Varsity Team improve itself. Updated from a reprot originally developed by Doug Brewer and used with his permission.  Young men and coaches rate your Team every month, and select one item to improve by the next month.  A score of 2000 is excellent and tells the story that your team is doing very well and having great fun.
