Welcome to the Priests Leadership Conference website

PLC is a very exciting and intensive 4-day experience for 16-18 year old young men, sponsored by a group of Latter-day Saint stakes in Taylorsville, a city in western Salt Lake Valley, Utah. This camp is intended to help young men grow in their religious faith and leadership skills. It also helps them learn how to successfully implement the Venturing program of Boy Scouting in their LDS Priests quorums, as a way to enhance their growth and progress back home. Since its beginning in 1990, the program has been held each summer at a mountain site in central Utah, and has trained over 900 young men and their leaders. Many of these participants have returned in succeeding years to serve as PLC staff members to help other young men experience the same growth as they did. The overwhelming majority of the participants in PLC have gone on to serve LDS missions and to begin to establish themselves as responsible and effective leaders of families and of their communities and church.
