The crew committee is organized under the direction of the Bishop and should be composed of parents and other interested and committed adults.  The crew committee meets at least monthly to ensure that the crew has a quality, weekly activity program which is priesthood-centered and involves all quorum/crew members.  The crew committee also keeps parents informed of and involved in quorum/crew activities, maintains the program capability inventory (PCI), ensures that adult advisors and quorum/crew officers are fully trained, sees that consultants are available to assist youth leaders in activity planning, and supports the program in other ways that are needed.
